Skyline Facades delivered and installed a moisture and chemical-resistant aluminium ceiling system for Function Well’s luxury wellness centre in Newstead. Designed for high-humidity and chemically exposed zones, the system features lightweight, non-combustible PVDF-coated panels prefabricated with over 47 service penetrations to suit mechanical, steam, and hydrotherapy requirements.

Factory-cut cladding package. More than 47 pre-routed service penetrations built into each aluminium panel, eliminating on-site drilling. Sleek black aluminium finish, non-combustible, lightweight panels with a premium PVDF coating for outstanding flatness, impact resistance, and long-term colour stability. One-stage installation, advanced 3-D modelling allowed all panels to be installed in a single sequence with no re-measures. Millimetre-perfect set-out. Alignment taken directly off structural gridlines and survey pins supplied by our trusted partners. Fast program - Panels fixed, joints sealed, and protective film removed quickly so pool waterproofing, and final finishes could proceed without delay.
