Skyline Facades proudly delivered an environmentally rated aluminium facade system for AESSEAL’s new Wacol headquarters, the first building in Australia to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. Our scope included the design, supply and installation of custom twisted aluminium screens in Satin White, along with Capral Quik-Lok systems in Monument and Pearl White. This sustainable industrial facade promotes airflow, daylighting, and long-term durability while meeting the architectural and environmental standards of an international manufacturing brand.Skyline Facades proudly contributed to AESSEAL’s new Wacol headquarters, the first building in Australia to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. We designed, supplied and installed custom “twisted” aluminium screens in satin white, as well as screening packages using Capral Quik-Lok systems in Monument and Pearl White. The facade system promotes airflow, daylighting, and long-term durability.

Project and Installation Highlights
Design, supply and install these Twisted Aluminium Screens in Satin White finish. Comprising of 14mm tubes twisted and moulded to suit the design dream. The team also had the pleasure of completing the Screening package at various locations of the warehouse with the Capral Quik-Lok system in Monument finish and Pearl White. These custom designed screens bolted on like a big LEGO® set with ease after the strategic set-out of the engineered bracketry and supports.

This project sets a new benchmark for environmentally responsible commercial construction in Australasia. While AESSEAL achieved the official BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification, Skyline Facades was proud to support this outcome by delivering a facade system that prioritised thermal performance, airflow, and material longevity.

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is one of the world’s leading sustainability rating systems for buildings. It evaluates a project’s environmental impact across key categories including energy efficiency, carbon emissions, climate adaptability, biodiversity, and long-term resilience.
